Return & Exchange Policy
Fashionmille takes pride in customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to obtain an RMA to return the item(s). You have up to 30 days from the date you received your delivery package to send it back for returns or exchanges. This is based on shipment's delivery service tracking information.
For any returns and exchanges, all items must be in ORIGINAL condition. (Ex: unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged). Any items that have been proven to be used will not be refunded.
How to get your return:
1. Email info@fashionmille.com with your order number to receive your return authorization. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
2. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from delivered date as shown by tracking slip for shipment.
3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
4. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records. Please contact us if you need it faxed or mailed.
6. Due to health laws, we are unable to accept face mask returns.
If you received free shipping, but wish to return the merchandise, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Free shipping is awarded under the condition of purchase.
How to exchange your purchase:
Simply contact Fashionmille over email or phone to place your new order and receive your return authorization number. Your exchange will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note: customer is responsible for return shipping unless original item is defective or damaged in shipping.
We will try our best to serve you with equal exchange, but due to high demand and limited supply, we may not have the item(s) immediately in stock for an exchange.
